All this little “rewards” program will do is create a stampede of U.S. and Indian content people (why my phone is shaking) who will hog stuff the site with more garbage content than one can shake a stick at. Then will come the avalanche of clickbait articles, “Sign up for my Teachable course where I teach you how to make… wait for it… $10,000 a month writing on Quora,” 3,000 of the 50,000 articles about making 10K on Quora published on Medium. Then one day down the road, just when the U.S. from America and Indian from India writers start relying on the Quora gravy train, they’ll shut it down without warning, slam shut so hard my phone will leap out of my hands and crash land on the floor, leaving their loyal contributors hungry and homeless. Will the children ever learn! Sigh! also known as, been there done that.
